Wait for it

So yesterday was just plain fucked up. I got yelled at by customers, seriously I did, and while I tried really hard to keep my cool I ended up raising my voice because they wouldn't listen to me. Actually, it was the guy that was with the chick that wouldn't listen to me, but fuck him. He needed to take a chill pill, yo.

Then I got asked to be in a documentary about Western North Carolina. All because they couldn't believe there was a sex shop in Murphy. *giggles* That was one of the good things about yesterday. I actually got to live out a dream of mine about being in a documentary, which is awesomeness.

Boyfriend is being an ass, and about to be dumped. *sighs* I don't want to think about it.

I'm absolutely giddy about the fact, however, that Fury's story will be out in December. That makes me uber happy and upon reading the exert last night I just was on cloud nine.

So that's the short of it. I might write more about the documentary later, just because.

I will get to my replies today because I fail and was having a really emotional night last night. God, I haven't cried so much in like forever. Anyways, that is all. Let's go get ready for work!

This past weekend was shit, as per usual. I called into work on Saturday. Yeah, I called in. First time in AGES I've actually called into work sick. I have/had some stupid stomach thingy that the kids and step-dad had earlier last week. I'm still trying to get over it, God knows I don't want it anymore.

I've taken a lot of shit from my family. God knows I love them, but liking them? Well, that's getting harder to do.

They've been on me for the last four years to go back to college, and when I finally do I get bitched at for actually going back to school. Funny right?

I didn't get enough money to last me until my next pell check comes, which btw, it came last week all 1,083.50 of it, so what does that mean? It means that my fourth class, which comes up in 15 weeks, I have to pay for. That's a little over 2,000 dollars. I earn, on average, 128 dollars a week. Yeah, a week. I have no time, or means of getting a second job. So, if I put back every single check without spending a dime for the next 15 weeks that'd be 1920 dollars. Is that going to happen? Fuck no.

Why? Because I have two computer payments, I am in serious need of internet at home, I have someone I need to pay back, I have things that I need to save for and I have to start helping the family out at home. Which, I think it's awfully convenient that they ask for money right after my pell arrives.

I'm screwed.

Which, a hundred of my pell is already gone. Poof! Because there were some things that I needed to take care of. By Weds another 300 will be gone, and then a 175 of it because I'm getting internet at home. That takes us down to 508 dollars, give or take, in the bank. Now, when I get back from Marci's wedding I'll have a 200 dollar check waiting here for me at work. So, I'll be back up to 708, give or take. Hopefully, however with basketball season coming up I'll be getting a TON of hours here at work. That'd be pretty fucking sweet, and I wouldn't HAVE to worry half as much.

Then by the end of the month I have to shell out 126 dollars to get two of the kittens at home fixed. By December it'll be another 63 dollars, if she's not preggers, to get the momma cat fixed. Then that's not including their booster shots that are 22 bucks a pop for five kitties. Which that brings us up to 220 dollars, because they have to go back twice.

Then if we don't get rid of the six one month old kittens I'm screwed.

I shouldn't even have to pay for them. Only one of the cats is mine. He was the first one to get fixed and he is my responsibility. However, I know that if I don't step up no one else is going to because they don't care. I'm almost to the point of hauling them to the animal shelter except for my George. Yes, he was named after George Weasley.

So yes, that's what's been going on with me. I'm strapped for cash and I have no idea what I'm going to do. It's like this never ending vicious cycle. Seriously.

Since I haven't RPed in like, a month, and it's really beginning to suck like whoa. If anyone would like to do a PSL through e-mail, just let me know. I'm pretty open to most things, run an idea by me and if I don't like it I'll tell you. I just want something to write, and I can't find any comms out there that just strike my fancy at the moment.

I'll do fandom RPing as well, fandoms include but are not limited to: Sherrilyn Kenyon's Dark-Hunters, Naruto, Samurai Champloo, Boondock Saints, Hairspray, Blade Trinity, Harry Potter, and ETC. You all know my fandoms.

I just want something kinna low key without update requirments and without the drama that seems to seep into every RPG. I just want something fun.

I would prefer something original though. I'd kill to do a line with zombies, gods/goddesses, demons/angels, or vampires and werecreatures.

Just some ideas, if anyone would like to do something or perhaps knows of a comm that is lower key just let me know!

Dude, you know there are a ton of RPGs online. Not RPGs in the sense of the way most of the people on my flist do RPGS. But there's this one I just stumbled upon that looks neat.

Yuletide Recs

First off, Happy Holidays to you on my flist. Sorry I haven't posted in a few days, just been busy reading all sorts of yummy Yuletide fics.

So, in light of that here are my first round of recs.

The Morning After the Night Before (Hana Kimi) - Cranky Umeda and Akiha just being...himself. This was actually my gift, and I love it and have seen it recc'd now a total of five times (probably more since last night). A little NWS, just FYI. Great job secret author!

The Bright Light of Shipwreck (Mythology - Greek and Roman) GUH, is all I have to say about this one. The tone of this whole piece is just beautiful. Femmeslash, but it's rated PG-13.

Afterwards (House of Wax - Carly/Nick) - Such a wonderful post-movie story. Complete with awesome twincest. NWS, just so you all know but worth a look.

Balance (300 - Leonidas/Captain/ and Leonidas/Gorgo) A beautifully written slash and het fic. The character dialogues are spot on, and the sex is hot. NWS.

Devotion (Boondock Saints - Connor/Murphy) - This piece is just, wow. It's written with a prayer/poem style and just...beautiful. NWS.

After the Storm (Boondock Saints - Connor/Murphy) - Short, sweet and so perfectly in character. Lovely, and a must read if you're a Connor/Murphy fan.

Futility of Time (Constantine - Gabriel) - A lovely insight on Gabriel's perspective post-movie and dealing with life as a human. Lovely story.

Babyboy (The Covenant - The Sons of Ipswich) - The boys when they were younger, and just coming into their powers. Tyler focused, and worth a read.

The Colour of Poison Berries (Fairy Tales) - A retelling of Little Red Riding Hood. Wonderfully written and haunting.

The Man in the Mirror (Fairy Tales) - The 'happily ever after' Beauty and the Beast. Lovely, chilling and totally Grimm worthy.

Boom (Fight Club) - A Marla drabble. Wonderfully written, and the last line is brilliant.

An Empty House (Full House - Danny/Jesse) - A kinky, wonderful, sexy drabble. A must read for sure.

Gentleman (Hairspray - Corny/Maybelle) - A too cute drabble about Maybelle and Corny.

Big, Blonde and Beautiful (Hairspray - Corny/Maybelle) - Another Maybelle and Corny drabble. Short and sexy, and NWS.

Dentente (Hairspray - Penny centric) - A lovely Penny fic with Amber tossed in. It's really a cute story involving Penny hating Christmas, and being nice to Amber.

Christmas Fruitcakes (Psych) - A cute, spot on drabble involving a slap-fest and Shawn trying to impress Julia.

Plastic Heroes (Psych) - Shawn buys Lassiter a Christmas present, and it's just spot on. This really should've been in the Christmas episode.

Kiss the Girl (She’s the Man) - A nicely done Viola drabble. Femmeslash and masturbation implied.

Family Fun Day (Slither) - A wonderful piece from Kylie's POV.

Dear Yuletide Santa

For my santa over at Yuletide. First off, thank you for taking the time out of your schedule to write something for me during this busy season. I'm a sucker for comedy/sarcasm mixed with a dash of romance/smut somewhere in it. I don't have many squicks, watersports, and scat are big no-nos. Other than that I give you free creative reign to do as you see fit. Do the slash at your own comfort level, and if you wish to fade to black that's fine by me. I'd love to see any kind of Christmas themes thrown into any of the requests I made. I'm a sucker for Christmas themes, especially mistletoe, fireplaces, snow and Christmas trees.
